In other news;

- The Annual General Meeting of the PVHBBN will be held on 21st October. We will be looking for at least a couple of new committee members to continue the good work of the current committee. Please do begin to think about nominating for the committee. I can tell you from experience it's a great way to meet some good people and build your profile (and your business) in the local business community!

- Donations of lucky door prizes are always welcome at our events, and can be a good way to promote your business. Speak with a Committee Member if you would like to contribute.

- Opportunities remain for members to add a special offer to our Member to Member Benefits list - this is a great way to further promote your business by doing business directly with other members of the network. Let one of the Committee Members know if you are keen to take advantage of the opportunity.

Finally, a quick reminder that a vibrant and growing network is good for your business. If you know of other small business owners (fewer than 5 staff, whether home-based or not) who might benefit from knowing about our network, please be sure to pass on our details to them. Potential new members can receive a Guest Pass to attend their first meeting free of charge - have them contact a Committee Member for details.

I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.

Greg Mitchell, PVHBBN President 09/10
(MOB. 0423 365326),
on behalf of PVHBBN Committee
